Post-Work Session 2

• Participants will return to their company to implement the immediate actionable items. 
• Participants will also journal their daily experiences and observations related to DEI. A set of prompts will be provided in the digital workbook. Sample prompts below: 

1. 1. Reflect on a recent workplace interaction where DEI principles played a role? How was it handled? What did you learn from it? 
   2. Describe a moment you observed a colleague or staff member demonstrate inclusive or exclusive behavior. What impact did it have on the individuals and the work environment?

Have participants will take an Implicit Association Test (IAT) – a tool that uncovers hidden biases which is session 3’s topic. Participants will reflect in their digital workbooks about their hidden biases. Participants should print a copy of their reflections to share in session 3.
