Introduction
The facilitators will introduce themselves and the DEIB program, overarching goals, and review the definition of DEIB, and why this topic is important to them personally. The motivation for the exercises in this session is meant to set the stage for the importance of DEI in the workplace, engage participants, and help create empathy and understanding among participants.
