Employee Listening Sessions Review

Objective

Participants will assess their own organization’s assessments and results of the employee listening sessions to collaboratively identify areas of opportunity and create an action plan for the most immediate items.

1. Group Discussion

The facilitator will begin the discussion by reiterating why the culture assessment and employee listening session were conducted and how their discussion today is vital to the next steps in implementing their DEI initiatives. List the four terms below on a whiteboard and add participant responses during the discussion.

  2. The facilitator will review the remaining results of the culture assessment by sharing the most significant insights and trends. Use the following questions to engage participants in discussion. The facilitator will write responses on the board.
