Switch Cultural Readiness Survey
Cultural Readiness Survey
We created the Switch Cultural Readiness Survey to be able to provide quantitative and qualitative insights into employee engagement.
This proprietary instrument consists of an online survey that is anonymously completed by all employees, It provides insight into how engaged your employees are and whether or not they have the tools needed to work to their highest capacity. It examines how organizational culture and leader behavior supports problem solving and innovation. Additionally, the survey gathers insight into key healthy behaviors and levels of stress that may impact employee ability to show up and perform to their highest capacity.
Through this online instrument you will learn:
-
The engagement level of your employees — and how to improve it
-
Insight into how employees are feeling regarding communication, professional development, supervisors, and work relationships
-
Their satisfaction level and likelihood to remain at your organization in the future
-
Whether or not they would recommend your organization to others
-
Whether or not they feel they have the needed tools and space to maximize their creativity
-
Insight into key wellness behaviors that impact their ability to perform to their highest level
-
Insight into the various stressors in their life that affect performance
Your organization’s survey results are delivered in person during an interactive reporting session that provides your leadership team with clear actionable insights and recommendations to improve your employee experience.
Work Environment Audit
In conjunction with the Cultural Readiness Survey we can also provide a Work Environment Audit. This two-day, on-site observation explores your organization, your people, and how they work. Throughout the audit we observe how employees work and interact with each other during key employee and leadership meetings, while socializing, and simply being in and around the office. We will also conduct qualitative interviews with a diverse set of employees to further explore and understand the employee experience. Finally, during a tour of your organization we work through the Innovation and Wellness Space Checklist to further identify and understand where employees go and how they work as they innovate and problem solve. This checklist also identifies key opportunities to create a healthier environment for work and productivity.
Through the Work Environment Audit you will learn:
-
What it’s really like to work at your organization
-
Barriers to productivity
-
Insights into how you can improve your space to nurture the innovation process and improve the employee experience
The Audit results for your organization are delivered in person during an interactive reporting session that provides your leadership team with clear actionable insights and recommendations to improve your employee experience.
