Our Organization Development Consulting is focused on improving our client’s capacity to handle growth and change. This work includes improving interpersonal and group processes, improving effective communication, and enhancing the organization’s ability to cope with organizational challenges of all kinds. We primarily work with clients on foundational elements of trust, conflict, communication, accountability, goal setting, leadership in order to prepare leaders and cultures for inevitable change or growth. By building this strong foundation, focused on performance through people, our clients are better prepared to innovate and manage through change and uncertainty.
Design Thinking Workshops
Switch Innovation Lab’s design thinking workshops immerse participants immediately in the process of innovation and problem solving in engaging and creative ways. This includes:

Mission, Vision, Values Development
The development of an organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values provides the strategic foundation for the organization to build from. These central elements provide stakeholders with the necessary direction to understand the organization’s purpose, direction, and acceptable behaviors. We utilize the Design Thinking methodology to help our clients move through a human-centered approach to developing their MVV. This approach ensures the output is both grounded and inspirational.

Coaching is a proven way to develop individual, team, and organizational performance across industries. It also provides a strong support system for our clients who are engaged in Organizational and Leadership Development, DEIB, Innovation and MVV work.
We had the pleasure of working with Switch on several projects, including reconceptualizing and writing our mission and vision statements, as well as leading focus groups comprised of conference attendees.
