Before the session, we will have a discussion with the session sponsor to understand specific goals, challenges, and desired outcomes. We use Appreciative Inquiry to focus on what’s working well within your organization and the positive potential for growth. We will want to know what you want to learn more about, and what areas you want to explore.

Interactive and Engaging

We avoid presentations and slide shows. Instead, we facilitate  collaborative discussions, storytelling, and engaging activities to spark new insights and ideas. Our goal is to create an experience that generates those “light bulb moments”.

Positive Psychology

The Discovery Sessions are based on principles of positive psychology, focusing on strengths, potential, and hope.
